About Us

The Truro Live Performing Arts Association is a group of creative and dynamic individuals who want to see Truro come together as a community and share in its rich culture of music.

The TLPAA wants to promote locally performed music, in all of its wonderful forms: from folk to rock and from musicals to music festivals. Even your church choir, we want to showcase it all.

The music loving Board of Directors is comprised of Melanie Grant, Murdo Messer, John Killawee, Jason Grant, Lisa MacCormack, Katherine Hunt, Mark Rau, Lincoln Watson and Kellen Menhennett. All sharing in the vision to get Truro on the Radio.

We have our application submitted to the CRTC and waiting for the date of our Public Hearing. As we are carefully following the mandate ordered for a Community Radio station we are confident that our application will be approved.
