Our Mission

The Truro Live Performing Arts Association (TLPAA) Community Radio Station has its primary focus rooted in local musical events and cultural events happening in the Truro, NS area.

Truro has a large and varied musical community. From Fiddle Music to Church choirs to High School Musicals, the TLPAA proposes to record and broadcast music – from the community, to the community. Also, the wide variety of community events is also of great interest.

Volunteers and Board Members will be responsible for recording and producing the radio ‘shows’. Shows will be comprised mainly of Musical Performances but will also include: Community Member Interviews and Community Event broadcasting coverage like, The Riverbreeze Farm Market Festival.
